Any Employee on Orbis's payroll can participate in this program with the exception of Orbis's executive staff, employees in the human resources department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening.
Such eligible employees can refer a candidate (not previously known to us) who is suitable for the full or part-time position(s) that have been posted on Orbis's website. Upon recruiting such referred candidate, you will receive a bonus of $500.00 (via payroll) after the new employee has worked 90 consecutive business days. You and the new employee must be on Orbis's payroll at the time of the bonus payment.
